Must be able to believe and preach the Gospel as the Holy Bible and The Baptist Faith and Message of the Southern Baptist Convention presents and believes.
Must be able to accept and work with Deacons in the church for the purpose of keeping unity and peace in the church, to pray with them about any concerns or needs, to serve the church together, to visit church members and prospects when needed, to discuss church matters privately and confidentially as needed, and resolve disagreements with/among church members scripturally for the Gospel's sake.
