Belle Park Baptist Church is seeking a full-time pastor, married, with wife active in church activities. We prefer someone 35-50 years of age, 3-5 years active in the pulpit, who is able to associate with all ages of the Church, and involved with all groups in the Church. Someone who is willing to visit the sick, elderly, new members, and willing to mentor and counsel people for individual issues, and preaches the Word of God. Ability to co-ordinate and mentor with the Youth Minister is also preferred. We offer a parsonage on the premises.
Our physical address is 13083 Hwy 157, Haughton, LA, with the church approximately half-mile from Bellevue, LA. From the Haughton exit on I-20, go north on Hwy 157 approximately 8-9 miles, with the church on left-hand side of Hwy 157. Located on our property are parsonage, gym with kitchen, children's church, and sanctuary. Our Sunday School attendance averages 70-75, with morning worship attendance averaging 85-110.
