To lead teh church music ministry and oversee the spiritual formation of church members (children, youth, and families) through the discipleship ministries of the church. The minister of music and discipleship shall be a full-time church staff member, serving under the pastor's supervision. He or she shall also serve as an ex-efficio member of the committees as assigned by the pastor.
